The Data Entry Typist will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across company databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Salary: $46K/yr – $61K/yr

Role Responsibilities
• Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases and software systems
• Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before entering information
• Verify, update, and correct data as needed
• Maintain organized digital records and files
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Retrieve and generate reports when requested by management
• Assist with document scanning, filing, and record management
• Protect sensitive and confidential information by following company policies
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
• Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines
Qualifications
Required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with database management systems is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical work
• Experience handling confidential records
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of office procedures and administrative practices
