It addresses challenges in managing and monitoring solar asset performance by providing operational support and data management to optimize maintenance and efficiency of solar energy fleets.

About the Opportunity:
The **Data Entry Specialist** role supports the Operations and Maintenance team by ensuring accurate and timely data management related to solar fleet performance. This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of monitoring systems, enabling effective operational decisions and maintenance scheduling.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and update solar asset performance data including production metrics and system status into databases and monitoring platforms.
• Assist in monitoring fleet-wide alerts and system downtimes, transferring diagnostic data into work order systems.
• Organize and digitize site inspection reports, warranty claims, and commissioning documents.
• Conduct regular quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies between field reports and monitoring outputs.
• Communicate with remote technicians and utility partners to clarify data and resolve inconsistencies.

Requirements:
• Advanced proficiency with CRM or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail for high-volume, accurate data entry.
• Basic understanding of solar terminology and ability to identify data anomalies.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Full-time, W2 position.
• Competitive base salary up to $20 per hour depending on experience.
• Bonus potential for top performers.
• Uncapped paid time off.
• Remote position requiring U.S. residency and work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.
