## About the Role
The Entry Level Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining information within company systems. This part-time remote position is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
### Key Responsibilities
* Enter data accurately into company systems using provided software or spreadsheets.
* Review data for errors, discrepancies, and inconsistencies.
* Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
* Organize and maintain electronic files and physical records as needed.
* Perform regular backups of important data.
* Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
* Follow established data-handling and confidentiality procedures.
* Collaborate with team members to verify the accuracy of entered data.
* Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
### Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Proficiency in data entry and typing.
* Basic computer literacy.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
### Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with online databases.
* Experience with CRM software.
* Additional certifications in a relevant field.
### Work Arrangement
