Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer on Bold AI’s Flywheel team, you’ll create high-quality visual assets that help our clients and internal teams ship content at scale without sacrificing craft. You’ll design across brand, marketing, and product-adjacent needs, using modern workflows that combine strong fundamentals (layout, typography, production) with AI-assisted generation and rapid iteration. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, writers, project managers, and operators to turn briefs into clear, on-brand creative that performs across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design marketing and brand assets across channels: social, web, email, presentations, and sales/marketing collateral
Create and adapt display advertising and organic social creative (across platforms, multiple sizes, variants, and messaging angles) with strong attention to performance-ready layouts
Support brand design work including visual identity extensions, templates, and consistent application of brand guidelines
Contribute to packaging and product-adjacent design needs (labels, dielines, optimized outputs) when required
Build and maintain reusable templates and components that function like a lightweight design system for repeatable production
Use AI generation tools to accelerate ideation and asset creation (concept exploration, background generation, variations), while maintaining quality and brand consistency
Execute photo retouching and compositing as needed (color correction, cleanup, cutouts, enhancements)
Prepare production-ready files for digital and print: correct specs, exports, naming conventions, and version control
Collaborate in Figma and Adobe tools to ensure smooth handoffs and fast iteration with cross-functional partners
Manage multiple concurrent requests with clear prioritization, proactive communication, and reliable delivery against timelines
What You Bring
Strong graphic design fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and composition
Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Experience designing for social media and marketing collateral with an understanding of channel constraints and best practices
Comfort producing display advertising and campaign creative with multiple versions and formats
Solid production skills: exporting, file setup, print/digital specs, and organized working files
Ability to follow brand guidelines precisely while also extending a visual system thoughtfully
Basic-to-intermediate retouching and compositing skills
Curiosity and practical experience using AI generation tools in a design workflow (prompting, iteration, refinement)
Clear communication, openness to feedback, and a collaborative working style
5+ years of experience in graphic design, in-house creative, agency, or similar environments (or equivalent portfolio strength)
Nice to Have
Experience with packaging design workflows (dielines, print vendors, prepress considerations)
Experience building template libraries or design systems for scalable content production
Motion basics for social (simple animations, GIFs, short-form video graphics) is a plus
Familiarity with performance-oriented creative iteration (testing variants, learning from results)
Comfort working in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments with shifting priorities
