About The Role
The e-File Specialist is responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents through online platforms and proprietary tools developed by ABC Legal. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of legal document processing. The specialist collaborates closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to ensure seamless project execution, resolve any discrepancies promptly, and meet organizational goals. While this position is remote, candidates must reside in Montana. The role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to develop their skills in legal technology and process management within a supportive and innovative work environment.
Qualifications
No prior experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with online platforms
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute
Responsibilities
Review and accurately file legal documents using internal systems and email communication
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance industry knowledge and process efficiency
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues that arise during the filing process
Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors
Maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive legal documents
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals
Adhere to company policies and legal standards during all processes
