Our clients are primarily consumer products companies and printers and we help them by delivering a broad range of services from brand strategy and packaging design, to adaptive design across various print and digital platforms, all the way to color management and the production of printing plates. We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our internal Creative Services team. In this role, you’ll develop best-in-class digital content for a variety of touchpoints, from eCommerce assets and emails to retail media and motion. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and fellow creatives to ensure every asset supports our brands, drives conversion, and delivers visual impact. The ideal candidate is digitally fluent, platform-aware, and experienced in designing within brand systems while looking for ways to push them forward. Figma Experience Is a Requirement For This Role Duties and Responsibilities Include: Design and execute branded assets for eCommerce product pages, landing pages, digital ads, banners, and emails Tailor creative for key retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.) based on platform best practices and technical requirements Edit and manipulate product imagery as needed, including retouching, background removal, and color adjustments Create storyboards for short-form motion content and collaborate with internal partners on production Collaborate with internal teams including copywriters, designers, and marketing leads to ensure brand alignment across all assets Apply established brand guidelines while identifying opportunities to evolve visual expression Stay current on eCommerce trends, platform updates, and content innovations to inform creative decisions Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards Support the development of occasional print or presentation materials when needed Explore and utilize AI tools and design technologies that increase workflow efficiency or creative effectiveness Qualifications Include: 3-5+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in-house or agency-side with CPG or eCommerce brands Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere or After Effects a plus) Experience creating optimized content for Amazon, Walmart, Target, or similar digital retail environments Strong grasp of layout, color theory, and typography with a high attention to detail Ability to storyboard and visualize simple motion concepts for eCommerce or social use Comfortable working within structured brand guidelines, while bringing fresh thinking to asset development Effective communicator who is proactive, organized, and open to feedback Strong conceptual thinker who can translate marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions A collaborative teammate who thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to shifting priorities Curious and tech-forward, with a desire to experiment with AI and other tools to boost design performance Why Choose Olberding Brand Family?
