About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multifamily communities, ensuring that residents receive exceptional service and that property standards are maintained. The Property Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, staff, and vendors, fostering positive relationships and ensuring operational efficiency. Qualifications

Candidates should have a solid understanding of property management software, leasing procedures, and maintenance operations. Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing regulations is also necessary. Responsibilities
The Property Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to overseeing leasing activities, managing resident relations, and ensuring the property’s financial performance. Key responsibilities include maintaining high occupancy rates, implementing marketing strategies to attract new residents, and ensuring timely rent collection. The role also involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring the property complies with safety and health regulations. Additionally, the Property Manager will prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and generate financial reports to ensure the property’s profitability.
